  I am a new homeowner called to get our septic tank pumped since old owner wasn't sure the last time it was done. Called Proseptic because it came recommend. I called and left a voice mail. I got a call back within a couple hours. We set everything up over the phone. I think the person that I spoke to was Jay. I was given a window between 8a and 9a. The guys arrived right at 8a. It was snowing that morning with the temp being about 40°. Both of the guys who arrived were very professional and friendly. Even with the weather being as miserable as it was. They explained things that I had questions on and offered service that would prevent expensive repairs in the future. Thank you Shawn and the other gentleman who's name I don't recall from Proseptic who came out to our home for service.
